GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to orders placed on the Sakura no Neko store.
By placing an order on the store, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Products
Sakura no Neko offers products inspired by manga, Japanese culture and graphic universes, including clothing, accessories, everyday items and decorative products.
Products are presented as accurately as possible. However, colors, proportions or visual appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, printing media, materials and display settings.
Prices
Prices displayed on the store are shown in the currency selected while browsing or at checkout.
Shipping charges, any handling fees, customs duties, import charges or other fees applicable depending on the destination are shown or calculated at checkout before payment is confirmed.
The price charged is the price displayed when the order is confirmed.
Orders
The customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to the cart, checks the order summary, provides the information required for delivery and proceeds with payment.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order, including the email address, delivery address and billing information.
Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been approved, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
Payment
Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
The available payment methods are those offered at checkout. The order is processed after payment has been confirmed.
Sakura no Neko does not directly store full bank card numbers.
Made to order
Sakura no Neko products are made to order after the order has been confirmed.
A production period is therefore added to the delivery time. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, production facility availability or periods of high demand.
Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times are shown or calculated at checkout before payment is confirmed.
The customer can refer to the store's Shipping Policy for detailed information about production, estimated timeframes, tracking, multiple parcels, possible delays and delivery issues.
Risk transfers when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.
Right of withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, the customer has a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason for the decision.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact Sakura no Neko at nicolas.b.spf@gmail.com, stating the order number and the items concerned.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, clean, undamaged, with their tags and original packaging where possible.
No return should be sent without a prior request. The return address and instructions will be provided after the request has been accepted.
Personalized products
The right of withdrawal may not apply to clearly personalized products or products made to the customer's particular specifications, for example where a product is specially modified at the customer's request with a name, text, image or personal element supplied by the customer.
This exception does not automatically apply to standard products offered in the store.
Returns and refunds
The procedures for returns, refunds, defective products, damaged products or order errors are detailed in the store's Returns and Refunds Policy.
If there is a problem with an order, the customer must contact Sakura no Neko at nicolas.b.spf@gmail.com, stating the order number and, where necessary, providing photos of the product concerned.
Statutory guarantees
Products sold by Sakura no Neko benefit from the statutory guarantees applicable to consumers.
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale limits any rights the customer has under applicable statutory consumer guarantees.
Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, designs, images, logos, names, graphic universes and content available on the Sakura no Neko store are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.
Any unauthorized reproduction, use, modification or distribution of store content is prohibited.
Personal data
Personal information collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with Sakura no Neko's Privacy Policy.

Consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Sakura no Neko first in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with the rules applicable to consumer mediation, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge after first attempting to resolve the dispute directly with the professional through a written complaint.
The contact details of the competent consumer mediator must be added here once Sakura no Neko has appointed one.
Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the applicable rules of jurisdiction will be those provided for by the legislation in force.
